Broken or Faulty Items
Any items that arrive broken or faulty will be replaced if we are notified within 7 days of receipt. For items that arrive broken or damaged, please email us a photograph within 7 days For any faulty or incorrect items, please contact us at
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns just because you changed your mind, or have finished your project. Please contact us first prior to returning your product under warranty as several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or the purchase on your account.
To return a product, please send them back within 14 days of receiving your parcel to our address at: Turner Precision Engineering (Aus) Pty Ltd, Receiving Department, 807 Airport Access Road, Unit D, Traverse City
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the outcome of your refund request.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your account, credit card or original method of payment, normally within 3-4 business days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account, credit card or other refunded method as it can often take some processing time for the refund to show up.
